About Us

Haley is a 25 year old Long Island native who grew up dancing competitively, and continues to serve as a dance instructor and educator in the Long Island/NYC area. She attended Adelphi University, studying ballet, modern, and pointe technique. After graduating from Adelphi in 2021, Haley began her professional career dancing for the National Lacrosse League’s New York Riptide Dancers, while also working under the New York Knicks 7th Avenue Entertainment team at Madison Square Garden. In 2023, she earned her masters degree in public relations from Hofstra University. That same year, she auditioned and earned a spot on the New England Patriots Cheerleading squad. Haley just completed her second season as an NFL cheerleader with the Patriots organization. Incorporating her passion for physical fitness & strength training into her teaching, Haley’s workshops consist of leaps and turns technique, flexibility exercises, and pro-team style choreography! 

Victoria is an experienced dance educator, coach, and former collegiate athlete with a passion for training the next generation of dancers. She graduated from Hofstra University with a degree in Exercise Science and was a member of the Hofstra Dance Team for five years, serving as captain for two. In 2023, she was a part of the U.S. National Pom Team, representing the country at the highest level. Now, she teaches at dance studios and coaches a middle school kickline team while also offering specialized workshops for dancers aspiring to join college dance teams. Her workshops cover all styles of dance, with a strong focus on pom and technique, helping dancers refine their skills and performance quality. With a background in strength training, injury prevention, and elite-level performance, she provides dancers with the tools to elevate their skills and reach their full potential.
